For Profit & Non Profit Vendors selling merchandise are required to obtain a vendors/merchants license/permit from the City of Joplin on the 3rd Floor of City Hall. Please contact them at (417) 624-0820, ext. 1242 to obtain your license at least 30 days in advance!
