1. Reports of Officers and Committees
Co-Chair - Grant presentation, event insurance, check to city road closure/permit, working with food vendors/city, finished day 2 setup logistics, Marketing meeting with Chamber, met with Ashley over volunteer positions, merchants vendor license secured, Ron & Ashley went to trophy house - Trailblazer award ordered. Will be around 100.

A. Titleholder photoshoot - $225 authorized

C. PrideFest Aug 28th - 29th

• Day 1 Night time show - discuss & resolve. - 4 contracted performers set to do a number a piece in that show.
• Vote sustained by majority approval in board chat to have Miss JOMO Pride host the Pridefest finale show and for Misty & Victoria to still host the whisky dicks show. Vote came forward to start booking process for finale show - PASSED
• Vote sustained by unanimous approval in board chat to add an additional hour segment to Pride in the Park and rearrange music segments - PASSED
• Show recording - discuss
• Group performer list started for Pride - Stephan & Tania to assist.
• Road Closure & event notice drop off ASAP
• Vendor placement needs worked out for both days - check in logistics complete for both days
• Meeting with City for stage/logistics pending - invoice for $150 road closure & permit received - payment to city made

• Scarlett donating set of 6 walkies with chargers and earbuds

F. Chamber Meeting & marketing efforts

• Interview for event education and promotion which includes members of the group and fun entertainers (selected by you).
• I'll prepare questions in advance (MO)
• You can also give me topics/questions you'd like covered.
• Footage of the event that can be used for both organizations moving forward (content library).
• Live interviews and social media fun during the weekend of the event.
• Performers as they get ready, guests of event. Possible recording during setup.
• Will use to promote joplins diversity to bring more people into city, will use to promote our event and organization and community
• Also discussed chamber membership/sponsorship exchange for 2022

H. Open Board Positions -

I. White Party or themed event & fundraiser - Tania Carrington - October - themed Drag show + horderves, ticket sales online, offer limited vip tables up front. Venue & Date

J. T-shirt fundraiser - share link & decide how many extra shirts to have available at pride other than what we are ordering for sponsors. Attach ad to post to increase visibility & product sales - $40 DISCUSS & VOTE

K. Third Thursday Outreach - August 19th 430-830pm. Volunteers needed. Meeting this day needs to be switched. (Sunday 22nd?)

1. Next Meeting date and time - August 5th, August 12th, (August 19th MOVE MEETING,THIRD THURSDAY!!) SUNDAY?? Meeting & rehearsals, August 26th Meeting & Volunteer Coordination, Fri August 27th - site prep/light cleaning Volunteer Coordination.
