F. Chamber Meeting & marketing efforts

• Interview for event education and promotion which includes members of the group and fun entertainers (selected by you).
  
• I'll prepare questions in advance (MO)
  
• You can also give me topics/questions you'd like covered.
  
• Footage of the event that can be used for both organizations moving forward (content library).
  
• Live interviews and social media fun during the weekend of the event.
  
• Performers as they get ready, guests of event. Possible recording during setup.
  
• Will use to promote joplins diversity to bring more people into city, will use to promote our event and organization and community
  
• Also discussed chamber membership/sponsorship exchange for 2022
  

G. Committees - reform committees (Outreach, Sponsorship, Entertainment) - Motion to allow up to 9 community members to sit on a committee instead of 5, with the addition of a board member who shall chair it - reflect in bylaws. Committee not to be comprised of more than half drag performers. Discuss & Vote.
