iii. ***GAYLY regularly provides an exchange for added marketing and
upgraded ads in exchange for a JOMO Pridefest sponsorship, helping to maximize our reach. Although we submit for a business cube, GAYLY
regularly bumps the size in each issue.
c. Post/graphic announcing open enrollment for Sponsorship/parade/vendors

i. Reminder: too many words on event covers will not let them circulate
ii. $100 60day social ad needed after complete

a. Issue with access under our email to Weebly - no access to update info/blog pages - Patrick unable to find issues and recommends to start site move now. - Patrick said he will update minutes/agenda and immediate needs on current site platform in meantime

1. Ideas discussed: Wix, Shopify, GoDaddy, WordPress, Square space etc.
2. Site to be frequently updated by Media/Marketing for all pages - jomo pride needs access
to build/add info/pics/design - Yearly maintenance may be needed by Patrick
3. Site to look and function better than Weebly - easy access and updating
